What to Expect

Arrival

Our registration form is simple and easy to complete - one page… very basic. Remember to bring your insurance card and a photo ID. Both will be scanned into your medical record for current and future use. Our waiting room is clean and comfortable with reading material and a large screen TV.
But…Our goal is for you to be there as briefly as possible.

Medical History

Our clinical staff will take care of quickly obtaining and documenting your medical history and current medications. No lengthy health history forms to fill out or pages of boxes to check. We’ll get the information we need directly from you, and keep it in your private and secure medical record so you don’t have to repeat it every visit. Remember to be prepared to provide us with the list of your medications and allergies.

Exam and Treatment

You will be seen by either a physician Board Certified in either Emergency Medicine or Primary Care or a Physician Assistant (PA) working under direct physician supervision. A physician is always on-site even when a PA is involved in your care. Your diagnosis, test results and treatment plan will be fully discussed with you.  Lab test results will be printed with your discharge instructions and X-ray images will be provided to your on a CD as needed.
We consider ourselves to be medical experts who partner with our patients in discussion of treatment recommendations. We pride ourselves in communication and patient education and take time to talk with you about all aspects of your care.

Discharge

At the completion of your visit you will be provided diagnosis specific printed discharge instructions along with a clinical visit summary. Prescription medications can be purchased on site at prices competitive with local retail pharmacies, or if you prefer, your prescription can be electronically (eRx) transmitted to the pharmacy of your choice. Saving you time and saving you money is our primary goal.
